ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior B2B Business Development Executive at Quantel Asset Management. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients within the B2B, family office, and HNI segments. You should already possess a strong professional network and extensive sales experience over many years in asset management industry. Key responsibilities will include business development, lead generation, client communication, and account management, all aimed at driving growth and fostering partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential B2B partners, family offices, and HNI clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the investment landscape, particularly in India.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with investment teams to craft customized investment strategies that align with client objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Industry Networking: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and form valuable connections.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role within a top-tier asset management firm, specifically focusing on B2B partners, family offices, and HNI clients.
- In-depth understanding of investment management products and services.
- A well-established network of industry relationships in asset management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications is preferred.
